Description
The Forza Bold Dual FB54v3 covers seated leg extension and seated leg curl on one frame, using two divided seat cushions so each movement gets its own support. The split seat is the detail that makes a dual leg station work rather than compromise both exercises.
Knee extension and knee flexion need different pelvic positions. Extension works best with the thigh fully supported and the hip at a moderate angle; flexion needs the pelvis held back against the pad so the movement does not migrate into the lower back. A single flat seat cannot do both well, which is why most dual leg machines feel wrong in one direction. Two divided cushions let each position be set independently.
Load is selected by pin from the integrated column, so the change between the two exercises takes seconds and the member stays on the station for the full quadriceps and hamstring sequence. Both paths are guided, which makes the station usable without instruction and suitable for supervised rehabilitation work.

Covering the whole thigh from one station
A leg area with extension but no flexion is the most common gap in small gyms, and it is the one that shows up later as hamstring complaints. Putting both movements on one frame closes that gap for the price and the space of a single machine, which is the argument for the FB54v3 in hotels, residences, corporate rooms and clubs with limited floor area.
Dimensions, clearances and the delivery weight for this reference are confirmed in the free siting study we prepare from your room drawing and issue with the quotation, alongside the circulation needed around the seat. Frequently asked questions
What do the divided cushions actually change?
They allow the seat and back support to suit extension and flexion separately, so the pelvis is held correctly in both. On a single fixed seat one of the two movements always loses.
How long does it take to switch between exercises?
Seconds. The seat setting and the pad are adjusted by hand and the load is reselected by pin, without tools.
Is the station appropriate after a knee injury?
Guided knee extension and flexion are standard in rehabilitation programmes, and the load can be reduced to a single plate. Confirm the protocol with the practitioner responsible for the patient.
