Description
The Forza Bold Dual FB33v2 puts a biceps curl and a triceps extension on one selectorised frame with a 106 kg guided load, covering the whole arm from a single station. Arm machines are the ones a gym buys last and drops first when the plan runs out of space, which is how facilities end up with a curl station and no triceps station, or with neither. Combining the two removes that decision.
Both movements run on a guided path with an integrated weight column, and the load changes by pin in a couple of seconds. The curl position loads the biceps brachii with the upper arm supported, so the shoulder and the trunk cannot swing the weight up, which is the flaw of free weight curls in an unsupervised room. The extension position loads the triceps brachii through the same controlled path. For a club, that means two arm exercises that members perform correctly without coaching.
The single compact structure is the commercial argument. Clubs optimising floor area get complete arm training in the footprint of one machine, and premium home gym installations get a station that justifies its place where a rack of dumbbells would not. With 106 kg available, the column reaches strong users while remaining light enough at the bottom of the range for beginners and for rehabilitation work.

Where a dual arm station fits
Arm stations attract high traffic and short sets, so they should sit where a queue does not block a main route. The usual position is at the edge of the machine circuit, close to the cable station and the pressing group, since members combine the three. Allow access on both sides so the user can move between the curl and the extension positions without walking around the machine, and keep the approach clear of loose equipment. In hotel and residential installations the dual format is often the only arm provision, which makes correct positioning of the seat and pads in the induction more important than in a staffed club. We will draw the arm and cable zone from your floor plan free of charge before quoting.
Frequently asked questions
Can one member use both functions without waiting?
Yes. The two positions are on the same frame, so a superset of curls and extensions runs without moving to another machine, which is one of the practical reasons the dual format is popular.
Is the load enough for advanced users?
106 kg is well beyond the working load for isolated arm exercises, so the column reaches strong members with headroom while starting light enough for beginners.
How is the machine delivered?
Despatch from stock takes 5 to 10 working days. Delivery covers France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, export is priced per project, and installation is quoted separately.
