TRAINER 01 street workout park

The TRAINER 01 street workout park is a compact multi station steel structure combining a pull up bar, parallel bars and a horizontal ladder on a single frame. That combination lets users chain pull ups, dips, hanging knee raises and monkey bar traverses, so one module covers the whole upper body plus the core and supports lower body work through hanging and jumping variations. Exercises strengthen the arms, legs, waist, abdominals, back and chest while improving joint mobility and cardiorespiratory condition.

The structure is high quality tubular steel, shot blasted, hot dip galvanised and then finished with a double coat of polyester paint resistant to ultraviolet, corrosion and impact. It is certified to EN 16630:2015-06, the European standard for permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment, tested by TUV Rheinland. Difficulty is rated medium, which places it above an introductory station but within reach of a general adult population.

The TRAINER 01 is designed as a first multi station structure for city stadiums, urban parks, collective street workout areas, schools and sports facilities. Its value in a public setting is that several users can train simultaneously on different apparatus, which keeps the area occupied and reduces the queueing that turns a single station into a bottleneck at peak times.

The safety zone is defined on the installation drawing supplied with the structure and must be respected in full, clear of paths, seating, planting and adjacent equipment. Impact attenuating surfacing is required beneath and around the apparatus, dimensioned to the free fall height under EN 1177. Anchoring is into concrete foundations sized to the ground conditions. Because the range is modular, a site can start with this unit and add further TRAINER apparatus in later phases without redesigning the area, provided the initial layout reserves the space.

Yes, provided the medium difficulty rating matches the age group and the installation is supervised in line with school practice. The pull up bar and parallel bars are the standard apparatus for physical education, and the horizontal ladder adds grip and coordination work.

What colours are available?

Four standard colour pairs are offered, and any other RAL reference can be quoted. Colour is applied in the polyester top coats, so it forms part of the protection system rather than a surface finish added afterwards.

Who handles installation?

Light In Fitness can quote supply only or supply and installation, with delivery to France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg and export costed per project. Steel structures carry a 20 year warranty.
