Description
The TRAINER Street Workout Park 11 is a large multi station calisthenics structure certified to EN 16630:2015 and tested by TUV Rheinland. It gathers pull up bars at several heights, dip bars, wall bars and suspension rings on a single footprint so that a full bodyweight session can be run without moving between separate units.
The layout is built around continuity of movement. A user chains pull ups, Australian pull ups, dips, hanging leg raises and core holds with no downtime, which is what makes an outdoor calisthenics area work for a crowd rather than for one person at a time. The variation in bar heights means beginners and advanced practitioners share the same structure, each finding a grip suited to their level.
Training coverage is deliberately broad. The upper body is worked throughout, back, biceps, forearms, shoulders, chest and triceps, together with the abdominal girdle and, depending on the exercise selected, the lower limbs. Because the movements are chained, the structure also develops joint mobility and cardio respiratory condition rather than strength alone.

Installing an outdoor calisthenics area
This structure is specified by local authorities, urban parks, municipal fitness areas, campuses and sports centres creating a free access street workout space. EN 16630 governs the safety of permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment, and compliance is what allows an operator to open the area to the public without supervision.
Ground preparation and impact attenuating surfacing are decided alongside the structure itself, since the fall heights of a calisthenics rig differ from those of a fitness trail station. Overall dimensions and the required safety zone are not published on this page: our technical team returns them with the quotation, based on the site plan and on the surrounding circulation. Delivery covers France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, with export quoted per project.
Frequently asked questions
Can the structure be extended later?
Yes. It is designed to be combined with the other equipment in the TRAINER Street Workout range, so a park can be opened with this unit and extended as budget and attendance allow.
What corrosion protection is applied?
The steel is shot blasted, hot dip galvanised and then polyester coated. That combination is what allows the structure to stay outdoors permanently, including in coastal and freeze thaw conditions, and it carries a twenty year structural warranty.
What safety zone does the site need?
The safety zone follows from the fall heights defined by EN 16630 and from the final configuration on site. We issue the dimensioned safety area and the surfacing recommendation with the quotation rather than as a generic figure.
