Built in galvanised steel or 316L stainless steel and certified to EN 16630, they equip municipal parks, schools, campsites, military bases and commercial gyms with outdoor space. The catalogue runs from the compact module to the complete park. Calisthenics cages and street workout rigs cover multi purpose installations with pull up bars at several heights, parallel bars, wall bars, rings, dip stations and obstacle walls. Mini outdoor cages answer restricted footprints such as school yards and residential courtyards. Complete parks in the Uruk series suit larger projects, while the modular Hexagone range can be extended as attendance grows. For marine and corrosive environments, the 316L stainless line gives the longest service life. Configuration is open: dimensions, apparatus and colours are adapted to the site, the user profile and the budget.
How to size and configure a rig
Two figures drive the specification: the available footprint including safety zones, and the number of users you expect at peak time. A rig that looks generous on paper becomes unusable if bars are placed so that two users interfere with each other, so apparatus spacing matters as much as apparatus count.

Standards, surfacing and public procurement
Freely accessible outdoor fitness equipment falls under EN 16630, which defines safety requirements, protection zones around each apparatus and the maintenance plan the operator has to run. Because street workout rigs include raised elements, impact absorbing surfacing is required under and around the structure, specified from the free height of fall in line with EN 1177 practice. Technical sheets, declarations of conformity and test reports come with the offer. ASTM F3101 certification is available as an option on part of the range.
Installation and maintenance
Steel assemblies are dimensioned for intensive public use and anchored in concrete footings sized to the structure and the ground conditions. What surfacing is required under a street workout rig?
The surface has to absorb the free height of fall from the highest usable element, which on a calisthenics cage is normally the top pull up bar. Outdoor rated rubber tiles or bonded rubber are the usual answers, with thickness set by that fall height rather than by comfort. Drainage of the sub base determines how long the surface lasts.
Can a rig be extended later?
The modular ranges are designed for it, and the Hexagone line in particular is built to grow with attendance. The point to settle at the start is the footing layout and the reserved area, because extending a structure is straightforward while enlarging a concreted surface is not. Tell us at quotation stage that the project is phased.
Are these structures suitable for military training sites?
Yes, and it is one of the recurring use cases. Military and emergency service sites usually call for higher apparatus density, reinforced bar diameters for loaded carries and traverse work, and a footprint that supports group circuits. The configuration is adapted accordingly rather than taken from a standard park layout.
