The Etenon R8201 is a selectorised seated row with fully independent iso lateral arms and handles that rotate through 360 degrees during the pull. The rotating handles follow the natural rotation of the forearm, which improves latissimus dorsi activation and reduces the load on the wrist and the elbow compared with a fixed grip.

The machine targets back thickness and width: latissimus dorsi, teres major and minor, rhomboids, middle trapezius and infraspinatus, with the biceps brachii and the posterior deltoids as synergists.
