Description
The TRAINER push station with pylon works the chest, the scapular girdle and the upper limbs through a pressing movement, and its folding seat adapts instantly to a wheelchair user or to a standing user. Paired with the pulling station in the same range, it gives a balanced upper body circuit on two pieces of outdoor equipment.
Construction follows the range: high quality steel, shot blasted then galvanised, with a double coat of polyester paint, and a seat in high density polyethylene panels. The unit weighs 50 kg and the mounting pylon, included, adds 50 kg.
Overall dimensions are 1140 x 740 x 2020 mm and the recommended safety zone is 414 x 374 cm, slightly wider than the pulling station because of the longer press travel. Laying out an inclusive outdoor circuit
Push and pull stations are normally installed as a pair, with three to four metres between them so that the two safety zones do not overlap and a wheelchair can turn between them. Adding a mobility station and a cardio station completes a circuit that a user can run through in fifteen minutes.
