Description
The Power Line Pec Fly and Rear Delt covers two opposing movements on a single frame with one 100 kg weight stack. It measures 1700 x 1235 x 1980 mm and weighs 215 kg. Professional price: 2,550 EUR excluding VAT.
Two opposing movements, one station
The pec fly closes the arms in front of the body and isolates the pectoralis major. The rear delt reverses the path, opening the arms outwards to load the posterior deltoids, rhomboids and mid-back. These are the two halves of a balanced upper-body programme, and the muscles behind the shoulder are the ones most commonly neglected in a training session. Combining both on one frame means a floor gets the pulling half without spending a second station on it.
- Dual function: pec fly and rear deltoid on the same frame
- Selectorised 100 kg weight stack
- Adjustable arm start position for both movements
- Steel weight plates insulated with noise-reducing PVC
- PU foam padding with synthetic leather
- Ergonomic seat and back support for a controlled range of movement
Muscles worked
In the fly direction: pectoralis major, with the anterior deltoids assisting. In the reverse direction: posterior deltoids, rhomboids, middle trapezius and the upper back. Used together the two directions support posture work and shoulder stability, which is why the machine is commonly specified in rehabilitation centres as well as in commercial gyms.
Construction
Steel frame with a black and silver finish. Weight plates are steel insulated with noise-reducing PVC. Padding is PU foam under synthetic leather, chosen for shock absorption, cleanability and service life on a shared floor. The seat and back geometry supports the natural movement of the spine through the range so the working muscles take the load.

Frequently asked questions
Is a dual-function machine a compromise?
On floor area and budget it is clearly favourable: one frame, one stack, one footprint for two movements. The trade-off is throughput, because only one user can work at a time. On floors under about 200 square metres that trade-off almost always favours the dual machine.
How is the machine switched between the two movements?
By repositioning the arms to the opposite start position. No tools are needed and the change takes seconds, so a user can superset fly and rear delt work without leaving the station.
What floor area should be planned?
The machine occupies 1700 x 1235 mm and stands 1980 mm high. Allow clear space at the rear for the stack and enough width for the arms to travel fully in both directions without contacting a neighbouring machine.
This machine is quoted at 2,550 EUR excluding VAT, before delivery and installation. Send us your floor plan and we will return a layout and a full quotation within 24 to 72 hours. See the complete Power Line selectorised machines range.
