Description
The Power Line Lat Pulldown is a selectorised high pulley station with a 100 kg weight stack. It measures 1420 x 1730 x 2025 mm and weighs 235 kg, making it the tallest and heaviest station in the range. Professional price: 2,550 EUR excluding VAT.
The station that replaces the pull-up
Most members cannot perform a strict pull-up, and a floor without a scalable vertical pull has no route to build one. The lat pulldown solves that: the same movement pattern, with a load selected in 5 kg steps from far below body weight to far above it. It is normally the highest-traffic station in a back zone, and specifying it first is the usual sequence when building one.
- Selectorised 100 kg weight stack on a high pulley
- Adjustable thigh restraint holding the user down under load
- Accepts wide, narrow, pronated, supinated and neutral bars
- PVC-coated steel cable on high-strength nylon pulleys
- Steel weight plates insulated with noise-reducing PVC
- PU foam padding with synthetic leather
Muscles worked
Primary load on the latissimus dorsi, with the biceps, rhomboids, middle and lower trapezius and posterior deltoids assisting. Changing the bar changes the emphasis: a wide pronated grip loads the lats most directly, a narrow supinated grip brings the biceps in, and a neutral bar sits between the two.
Set-up
Adjust the thigh restraint so the pads press firmly on the upper legs without discomfort, which is what keeps the pelvis anchored as the load rises. Sit with the trunk close to vertical, pull to the upper chest and control the return rather than letting the stack pull the arms up.

Frequently asked questions
What ceiling height does it require?
The machine stands 2025 mm high and the bar travels above that. Allow a minimum of 2.50 m of clear ceiling height, and check for suspended lighting, ducting or sprinkler heads directly above the station.
Which bar should be supplied with it?
A wide pronated bar is the standard fitting and covers most use. Adding a narrow neutral handle gives a second exercise on the same station at minimal cost, which is worth doing on a floor with only one pulldown.
How much floor space is needed?
The machine occupies 1420 x 1730 mm. Allow room behind for the stack and enough clearance in front for a user to sit down and stand up with the bar in hand. At 235 kg, check the slab capacity on upper floors.
