Description
The Forza FB02 is a pec deck with a 104 kg stack selected by magnetic pin, built on 100 x 50 mm steel tube with a 2.5 mm wall. It is the chest isolation station in the Bodytone Forza line, and the specification behind the panels is what separates it from lighter machines that look similar.
The parts that wear on a selectorised machine are the guide rods, the cable and the pulleys. Here the rods are chrome finished stainless steel, the cable is a nylon sheathed steel rope rated at 900 kg, and the pulleys are V grooved nylon running on sealed bearings. Those three choices decide whether the machine still feels smooth after three years in a club, which matters more on a high rotation station like a pec deck than almost anywhere else on the floor.
The seat and pads use high resilience foam with double stitched covers. Total mass in service is 201 kg, of which 97 kg is the machine and 104 kg the plates, and the footprint is 121 by 136 cm with a height of 150 cm. Load selection is by magnetic pin rather than a plain pin, so the selector stays where it is put.

Where a pec deck earns its place
Horizontal adduction is the one chest movement no press produces, which is why the butterfly survives every equipment review. It is also the station a new member will attempt on their first visit without instruction, because there is no bar to control and the path is fixed.
In plan the machine occupies roughly 1.2 by 1.4 m and stands 1.5 m tall, so it fits under low soffits and sits comfortably in a row of chest stations. Allow access on the loading flank and clear space in front of the seat. A siting plan with clearances is issued with the quotation once we have your room drawing. We deliver to France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, quote export per project, and dispatch within five to ten working days from stock.
Frequently asked questions
Is 104 kg enough for a professional gym?
For chest adduction, yes. The pec deck is an isolation movement performed with a controlled tempo, and loads above 100 kg on a fly are rare even among experienced lifters. Pressing stations are where a larger stack matters.
What is the difference between a butterfly and a pec deck?
The terms describe the same station. Both refer to a seated machine that brings the arms together in front of the chest against a selected load.
Can the seat be adjusted for different users?
Yes, seat height is set before the exercise so the handles align with mid chest. Getting that setting right is what decides how much of the movement loads the pectorals rather than the front of the shoulder.
