Description
The Lexco LS-116 is a seated leg curl with a 100 kg stack, a push button swivel that repositions the ankle pad and a backrest that moves fore and aft. Both adjustments exist for the same reason: hamstring length varies, and a fixed ankle pad puts short and tall users in different exercises.
Seated leg curls load the hamstrings with the hip flexed, which lengthens the muscle group and produces a different stimulus from the prone version. That only works if the knee joint lines up with the machine pivot. The backrest slides to set that alignment, the ankle pad swivels through its own settings, and the seat and backrest are inclined so the pelvis stays against the pad instead of rolling under load.
A ten level gas damper controls the adjustment, and the frame is oval steel tube 50 x 105 mm with a 3.0 mm wall. The machine weighs 243 kg and stands 1506 mm tall. Double sided ABS shrouds close the stack, and the pads are urethane memory foam with a wipe clean covering. Non slip grab handles hold the user in position during the curl.

Hamstring work in a professional strength area
Most gym floors are heavy on knee extension and light on knee flexion, and the imbalance shows up in injury data from field sports. A seated leg curl is the simplest way to correct the ratio, and it is one of the few stations a coach can prescribe to a member with no technical instruction beyond setting the backrest.
Plan the position with the loading flank clear and space behind for the user to sit down. The station occupies roughly 1.0 by 1.5 m and stands 1506 mm tall, so headroom is rarely the constraint. At 243 kg, confirm the delivery route and floor build up. A siting plan with clearances is issued with the quotation once we have your room drawing. We deliver to France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, quote export per project, and dispatch within five to ten working days from stock.
Frequently asked questions
Seated or prone leg curl, which should a club buy first?
The seated version if only one is possible. It trains the hamstrings with the hip flexed, which is closer to the position they work in during sprinting, and the seated posture suits a wider range of members.
How is the machine set up for a new user?
Align the knee with the pivot by moving the backrest, then set the ankle pad just above the heel with the push button swivel. Both adjustments take a few seconds and hold their setting through the set.
Can the load be reduced for rehabilitation?
Yes, the stack is selected by pin down to a single plate. Confirm the loading and range with the practitioner responsible for the patient before use.
