Description
The Forza FB11 combines a high lat pulldown and a low row on one frame, covering vertical and horizontal pulling from a single 110 by 189 cm footprint. Those two movements are the backbone of any back programme, and installing them separately costs a club two machines and two footprints. On the FB11 a member completes a full back session, wide pulling from overhead and rowing from the floor, without moving to another station.
The frame is built from carbon steel tube of 110 by 50 mm and 2.5 mm wall on both the weight stack column and the working section, joined by robotic welding. At 110 by 189 by 223 cm the machine is generously sized, which is deliberate: pulling movements need reach, and a compact frame forces taller users into a shortened range. Machine weight is 120 kg before the 107 kg of plates.
Running quality comes from the same components used across the Forza range. Plate guide rods are stainless steel with a double hard chrome treatment, pulleys are nylon with a V groove and an internal bearing system, cables are 5 mm steel under a PVC sheath, and the ball bearings are selected for silent, smooth travel. The stack holds 107 kg in 7 kg plates, with a magnetic selector and colour coded intensity levels.

Specifying a combined pulling station
A dual pulling machine changes the shape of a back zone. Instead of a pulldown and a row placed apart, one station carries the sequence, which suits clubs of 100 to 300 square metres and hotel or corporate rooms where the alternative is choosing one movement and dropping the other. Position it with clear headroom above the top pulley, and leave floor space in front of the low row seat for the legs and for a coach to stand. The machine also serves as a progression route for members working towards pull-ups, since the pulldown loads the same pattern under a controlled load. If you are equipping a complete back and shoulder zone rather than adding one machine, we will draw the sequence and circulation from your floor plan free of charge.
Frequently asked questions
Can two members use the machine at the same time?
The two functions share one weight stack, so the station is used by one member at a time. That is the trade-off for the saved footprint and it rarely causes queueing outside peak hours.
Which bars and handles are supplied?
The machine is delivered with its standard bar and row handle. Additional grips can be added to the quotation if you want to vary the pulling angles available at the station.
How is the machine delivered?
Despatch from stock takes 5 to 10 working days. Delivery covers France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, export is priced per project, and assembly on site is quoted separately.
