Description
The Forza FB13 is a counterweighted chin and dip station with a 107 kg assistance stack, standing 250 cm tall on a 131 by 149 cm footprint. Assistance is what makes pull ups and dips available to members who cannot yet perform either at body weight.
A knee platform carries the selected assistance, so the user lifts their body weight minus the counterweight. The effect is a progression that runs in a straight line from a heavily assisted repetition to an unassisted one, using the same station and the same technique throughout. Wide and narrow grips are available on the pull up bars, and the dip handles cover the triceps and lower chest.
The structure is built from two steel tube sections, 110 x 50 mm for the stack tower and 100 x 50 mm for the working frame, both with a 2.5 mm wall and joined by robot welding without spatter. Guide rods are stainless steel with a double hard chrome treatment, cables are PVC coated steel of 5 mm diameter tested to 1000 kg, and the pulleys are V grooved nylon with internal bearings. Plates weigh 7 kg each for a 107 kg standard stack. The finish is a three stage paint system: degreasing and pickling, an anti oxidation primer, then two epoxy polyester powder coats cured at 240 degrees Celsius.

Height is the constraint, not floor area
At 250 cm the FB13 is one of the tallest stations in a strength area, and the user stands on a platform above floor level before starting. Verify the clear height under beams, ducting, sprinklers and light fittings on the intended line, and allow headroom above the bar for the top of the pull.
Floor area is modest by comparison, roughly 1.3 by 1.5 m. Allow access on the loading flank and space to step onto the platform. A siting plan with clearances is issued with the quotation once we have your room drawing. We deliver to France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, quote export per project, and dispatch within five to ten working days from stock.
Frequently asked questions
How does the assistance work?
The selected weight counterbalances part of the user’s body weight through the knee platform. Selecting more assistance makes the repetition easier, so progression is a matter of reducing the setting over time.
Who is the station for?
Members who cannot yet perform an unassisted pull up or dip, which is most of a general membership, and stronger users who want controlled volume at a fraction of body weight.
Is the console included?
No. The plate sensor, 9 inch Android screen and NFC connection are an option, specified with the quotation if required.
