The Forza FB20 is a seated shoulder press with a 107 kg stack, a 145 by 145 cm footprint and a bottle holder and tray moulded into the shroud. The storage detail sounds trivial until a club counts how many drinks bottles end up on the floor around a press station.

Structurally the machine follows the Forza pattern: a stack tower in 110 x 50 mm carbon steel tube and a working frame in 100 x 50 mm, both with a 2.5 mm wall, joined by robot welding without spatter. Guide rods are stainless steel with a double hard chrome treatment for a consistent glide, pulleys are V grooved nylon running on internal bearings, and the cables are PVC coated steel of 5 mm diameter tested to 1000 kg. Plates run on ball bearings that stay quiet under repeated selection.

The finish is applied in three stages. Parts are pickled and stabilised by full immersion in degreasing solutions, an anti oxidation primer is applied, then two epoxy polyester powder coats are cured at 240 degrees Celsius. End caps are 3.5 mm ABS thermoplastic and the accessory tray is 3 mm ABS with a non slip texture. In service the machine weighs 102.5 kg plus 107 kg of plates.
