Description
The Forza FB15 is a seated row measuring only 86 cm across, which makes it one of the easiest back machines to place in a crowded gym. Horizontal pulling loads the mid back, the rear shoulder and the biceps, the movement pattern that balances all the pressing a typical member does, and the seated position with chest support keeps the load on the back rather than in the lower spine.
The frame is built from carbon steel tube on both sections, 110 by 50 mm on the weight stack column and 100 by 50 mm on the working frame, both 2.5 mm thick and joined by robotic welding with no spatter. Overall dimensions are 86 by 180 by 150 cm for a machine weight of 91.5 kg before the plates, so the depth is what the machine needs rather than the width, which is the dimension usually at a premium.
Running components follow the Forza specification. Plate guide rods are stainless steel with a hard chrome treatment for a smooth consistent glide, pulleys are nylon with a V groove and an internal bearing, and the cables are 5 mm steel under a PVC sheath with a 1,000 kg breaking load. Ultra quiet ball bearings keep the travel smooth, and the stack holds 107 kg in 7 kg plates.

Where the seated row belongs
Place the FB15 next to the lat pulldown so vertical and horizontal pulling sit together, and align the machines so the depth runs into the room rather than across the circulation route, since the 180 cm dimension is the one that projects. Rowing is the exercise most under-programmed relative to pressing in almost every membership, which is why a visible, easily accessible row station changes what members actually do. In corporate wellness settings it is the machine most directly relevant to postural complaints from desk work. Chest support is what distinguishes a machine row from a cable row, and it is worth covering in inductions so members set the chest pad rather than pulling from an unsupported position. We will draw the back zone from your floor plan free of charge before quoting.
Frequently asked questions
How much floor width does the machine need?
86 cm across and 180 cm deep. The narrow width is the reason it is often the machine that fits when a back zone is already full.
What load does the stack provide?
107 kg in 7 kg increments, which suits a pulling movement where members progress in meaningful steps.
How is the machine delivered?
Despatch from stock takes 5 to 10 working days. Delivery covers France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, export is priced per project, and assembly on site is quoted separately.
