Description
The Forza Bold FB58 is a multi hip station covering flexion, extension, abduction and adduction on a 106 kg stack, with a repetition counter built into the machine. Four hip movements from one frame is the space argument; the counter is the reason members and coaches can measure what they actually did.
Hip training is normally spread across three or four separate stations, each with its own footprint and its own stack. The FB58 concentrates the whole pattern on one machine: the user stands, sets the pad against the working leg and drives in the required direction, then repositions for the next movement. Glutes, hamstrings, hip flexors, abductors and adductors are all reachable without leaving the station.
Load is selected by pin from an integrated column, so changes between movements and between users take seconds. The repetition counter records volume objectively, which is more useful than it sounds in a supervised setting: a coach can prescribe a number and verify it at the next session rather than relying on recall.

One station instead of four
A complete hip zone built from single function machines takes four footprints and four stacks. The FB58 replaces that with one station, which is the difference between offering hip work and not offering it in rooms under 300 square metres. The trade off is throughput, since one member occupies the machine for the full sequence, so plan a second hip option nearby if the site expects queues.

Frequently asked questions
What does the repetition counter measure?
The number of completed repetitions in a set, displayed at the machine. It gives a coach an objective figure to work from instead of a member’s estimate.
Which hip movement should a member start with?
Extension and abduction are the two that most programmes prioritise, because they train the muscles that stabilise the pelvis and drive the hip in walking and running. Flexion and adduction complete the pattern.
How much floor space should be reserved?
The user stands beside the machine and changes position between movements, so allow working room on both sides rather than only in front. The siting plan sets the figures for your room.
