Description
The Forza FB32 is a combined chest and triceps machine, pairing the two muscle groups that work together in every pressing movement on a single 122 by 121 cm footprint. Isolating the triceps after a chest session is what completes the pushing pattern, and having both stations on one frame is what makes that practical in a club where the chest area is already at capacity.
Bodytone builds the FB32 on the Forza carbon steel architecture: a 110 by 50 mm tube for the weight stack column and a 100 by 50 mm tube for the working frame, both 2.5 mm thick and joined by robotic welding without spatter. The plate guide rods are stainless steel with a double hard chrome treatment for a consistent glide, the pulleys are nylon with a V groove and internal bearings, and the 5 mm steel cables are PVC sheathed with a 1,000 kg breaking load. Ultra quiet ball bearings keep the movement smooth under repeated use.
The stack holds 107 kg in 7 kg plates and the machine weighs 97.5 kg without them. Selection is magnetic, with colour coded intensity levels and a safety cord, so members can see the setting at a glance during a coached session. The overall dimensions of 122 by 121 by 150 cm make this one of the easier dual stations to place in an existing plan.

Specifying a combined pushing station
The FB32 works best positioned at the point where the chest group meets the arm group, because it belongs to both and members use it as the bridge between them. Its compact footprint means it can be added to an existing plan without redrawing the zone, which is often the reason it is chosen over two separate machines. Allow clear entry to the seat on at least one side and working room behind the stack. In hotel and corporate rooms this is frequently the only pushing machine installed, in which case the seat and handle settings should be covered in the member induction so users find the right position without help. Frequently asked questions
Can both stations be used in one set sequence?
Yes. The two functions sit on the same frame, so a member can move from pressing to triceps work without changing machine, which is exactly how the station is normally programmed.
What increment does the stack use?
Seven kilogram plates to a total of 107 kg, with a magnetic colour coded selector and a safety cord.
