CrossFit Long Led platform with integrated LED lighting

The CrossFit Long Led platform is the extended version of the LED rig range, sized for 20 to 25 or more athletes training at once. LED lighting is integrated into the chassis itself rather than added afterwards, and the structure is freestanding. It is held in stock at 18,500 EUR excluding VAT with delivery in 3 to 7 days.

The Long format exists for a specific problem. A standard LED rack runs out of length once a class reaches twenty athletes, and coaches start splitting groups across the room. Extending the structure adds stations and, incidentally, LED surface, which is why the Long is the version specified by large boxes, Hyrox competition venues and flagship sites.

In an event setting the extended length creates a lit tunnel that competitors pass through, and that has a commercial effect beyond training capacity: photography and video from under the structure circulate on their own.

Room requirements and floor build up

Plan a minimum of 120 to 180 m2 of room area. That figure covers the structure, the clearance around it and the WOD zone, not the footprint alone, and it is the number to check before ordering rather than after. Ceiling height of 3.50 metres or more is recommended, which is driven by the vertical LED effect as much as by the training itself: a low ceiling flattens the lighting and loses most of what you are paying for.

Flooring choice interacts with the lighting. Rubber gym flooring tiles of 20 to 30 mm in black or anthracite maximise LED reflection across the zone, and 30 to 50 m2 under and around the structure is the usual coverage. Specifying the platform and the floor together avoids the common outcome of a light coloured floor washing out the effect.

Being freestanding, the platform does not require anchoring into the slab in the way a wall mounted rig would, though anchoring remains the correct choice for heavily loaded dynamic use. Because units are held in stock, a 3 to 7 day delivery is realistic, which matters when an opening date is fixed.
