Description
The Ziva 9 foot wall mounted modular rig measures 427 x 122 x 274 cm, weighs 165 kg and is built from laser cut 75 x 75 mm steel tube in 3 mm wall thickness. Those sections are oversized for a wall rig of this size, which is the reason the structure weighs what a much larger free standing cage would. It ships as two combined sections, a 4 foot bay and a 6 foot bay, each with its own flying pull up bars at two heights, and a pair of J cups is included with the 4 foot platform.

Two bays, two functions
The modular layout is what distinguishes this rig from a single wall rack. The 4 foot bay is a lifting station: J cups, a barbell, squats and presses. The 6 foot bay is an open functional zone with no uprights in the way, used for rings, straps, band work and body weight movements. Two different activities therefore run simultaneously on one structure without one athlete stepping into the other working area.
The double height pull up bars extend that logic. A tall and a short athlete can hang at the same time on the appropriate bar, or the lower bar can be used for dips and inverted rows while the upper one takes pull ups. It is a simple arrangement that noticeably increases how many people a compact studio can train at once.
- 75 x 75 mm steel tube, 3 mm wall, laser cut for burr free assembly
- 165 kg structure, unusually heavy for a wall rig
- Flying pull up bars at two heights on each section
- J cups supplied with the 4 ft lifting bay
- 24 mm zinc plated hardware throughout
- Powder coated finish resistant to scratches and sweat
Wall fixing and clearances
A wall mounted rig transfers its load into the building, so the supporting wall must be confirmed as load bearing and able to accept the anchor pattern. Solid concrete and reinforced masonry are suitable; plasterboard partitions, hollow block and externally insulated walls are not, and in those cases a free standing structure is the right answer.
Overall height is 274 cm, so allow a clear ceiling above that for pull ups on the upper bar, and more for kipping work. In front of the rig, keep a working corridor of at least 200 cm across the full 427 cm run. Fit rubber tiles of 20 mm or more under the structure to protect the slab and reduce noise transmission, which matters in a studio inside a residential or office building.
Frequently asked questions
What is included with the rig?
The two section structure, the flying double height pull up bars for each section, and one pair of J cups for the 4 ft platform. Rings, straps, storage pegs and additional J cups are quoted separately.
Can the rig be extended later?
The system is modular by design, so extension is possible subject to available wall length and to the anchor pattern being verified for the additional sections. Confirm the configuration at quotation stage.
Is it suitable for heavy barbell work?
The 4 ft bay with J cups handles squats and presses within the limits confirmed at quotation. A wall rig of this depth is not the right choice for a facility built around maximal powerlifting, where a deeper free standing rack with safety bars is appropriate.
