Description
Wall-mounted CrossFit rig, 430 cm long and 160 cm deep. The depth is the point: 160 cm gives 42 cm more clearance than the 118 cm Model 4, which is the margin an athlete needs to step back after unracking a squat. Professional price: 2,350 EUR excluding VAT.
Why depth decides what you can train
On a wall-mounted rig, depth is the distance between the wall and the front face of the structure. That space is where the athlete stands to squat, press or bench. A 118 cm rig handles everything done hanging from the bar, but it runs out of room the moment a barbell is involved and the athlete has to walk the bar out.
- Pull-ups, muscle-ups, dips, rings and suspension trainers: fine on either depth
- Back squat with walkout: tight at 118 cm, comfortable at 160 cm
- Front squat and clean and jerk: restricted at 118 cm, workable at 160 cm
- Bench press: not viable at 118 cm once bench, athlete and clearance are added; possible at 160 cm
Put simply: if your members only train bodyweight movements, the 430 x 118 cm rig is enough. As soon as barbell work with a walkout is programmed, 160 cm is the practical minimum.
Where it fits
The 430 cm length is aimed at load-bearing walls of roughly 4 to 5 m – too short for the 735 cm rig, too long to be served by a single squat stand. It suits box annexes, hotel and residential gyms, corporate training rooms and military or emergency-service facilities where floor area is fixed and the rig has to work against a wall.

Choosing between the wall-mounted models
The wall-mounted family runs from compact 430 cm units to 735 cm structures serving several athletes at once. The deciding factors are the usable wall length, the depth your programming needs, and how many stations have to run in parallel during a class. Frequently asked questions
What wall is required?
A load-bearing wall of at least 4.30 m of clear run, capable of taking the anchor loads of a rig used for dynamic movements. We ask for wall construction details before quoting, because the fixing method changes between concrete, blockwork and steel-frame buildings.
How many athletes can train at once?
A 430 cm rig typically runs two barbell stations or three to four bodyweight stations, depending on the uprights and attachments specified. For class formats above that, the longer wall-mounted models are the right choice.
Is the structure covered by a warranty?
The steel structure carries a 20-year warranty. Wear items such as pull-up bar coatings and attachment hardware are covered under separate terms.
Light In Fitness manufactures and installs CrossFit rigs for boxes, hotels, clubs and public facilities. Send us the wall dimensions and your class format and we will return a quotation excluding VAT with a scaled layout.
