Description
The Etenon PTT0279 is a professional squat rack built from 75 by 75 by 3.0 mm high strength steel, weighing 218 kg and finished in oven baked polyester powder coating. The coating is UV resistant, so the rack can be installed outdoors as well as in a box or a strength room, which is unusual for a station of this specification.
The rack is delivered with a pair of barbell supports and a pair of height adjustable safety supports, ten storage horns on the rear sides, top pull up handles in both pronated and supinated grips with comfort rubber, a trunk blaster attachment for dumbbell and deadlift work, and base side extensions that accept resistance bands. Fixings and hardware are European quality and the rack is compliant with EN ISO 20957. Warranty is 2 years.
In one footprint it therefore covers heavy squats, overhead press, pull ups, deadlifts, Olympic lifts and band assisted or band resisted variations. The ten rear storage horns matter more than they sound: keeping plates on the structure rather than on a separate tree removes the loading traffic that slows a class down.

Rack alone or rack with lifting platform
These are two distinct budgets and two distinct installations. The rack on its own drops barbells onto whatever floor already exists, which is acceptable on a rubber tiled strength zone and unacceptable on bare concrete or on a suspended slab. Adding the PTT0297 platform gives a defined lifting area on pine and Q235 steel with four 30 mm rubber tiles rated to 2,000 kg, which protects both the bar and the building and marks out the drop zone for members. For Olympic lifting programmes and for any box running loaded drops daily, the platform is the sensible specification. Outdoors, the UV resistant coating covers the rack itself; platform conditions are confirmed case by case. We supply the implantation drawing, quote within 24 working hours and ship 5 to 10 working days from stock.
