Description
The Bodytone SR10P is a professional guided squat rack whose patented 3D rail system lets the bar move vertically and also forwards and backwards. A conventional Smith machine constrains the bar to a strictly vertical axis; this one follows the natural biomechanics of the user.
The consequence is practical rather than theoretical. Knees, hips and shoulders each travel along their own optimal path during a squat, a bench press or a military press, and a fixed vertical rail forces the body to adapt to the machine. Allowing fore and aft travel reduces joint stress, improves muscle recruitment and lets load progress without technique breaking down.
Construction is high resistance S-275-J0H steel in 110 by 52 by 3 mm sections, cold rolled on a four roller bender with closed perimeter welding and 10 mm plate on plate reinforcement. The finish is applied in three layers: anti oxidation treatment, anti rust primer and polyester epoxy cured at 240 degrees Celsius.

One post, several exercises
Squat, bench press, hip thrust, military press and pull ups are all performed on the same station, which is why the SR10P appears in gyms, coaching studios and high specification private facilities where a full free weight area is not possible. Integrated plate holders keep the plates at the post rather than scattered across the floor, and the multi angle pull up bar adds bodyweight work without a second structure.
Plan the footprint of 150 by 177 centimetres plus working clearance on all approach sides, and check the ceiling height against the 232 centimetre frame plus the reach of a user performing pull ups. Delivery is to the doorstep or the foot of the building; positioning inside the room and assembly are agreed at order stage. We deliver to France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, with export quoted per project.
Frequently asked questions
How does 3D guidance differ from a standard Smith machine?
A standard Smith machine holds the bar on a single vertical axis. The SR10P adds a controlled fore and aft component, so the bar follows the natural arc of the movement instead of forcing the lifter to work around a fixed line.
Can it be used without a spotter?
Adjustable safety stops can be set at every position and rotating hooks allow the bar to be racked at any point in the lift, which is the main reason guided racks are chosen for unsupervised or lightly supervised rooms.
What load can the machine take?
The bar supports are rated at 200 kg and the multi grip bar at 150 kg. Loading beyond those figures is outside the specification.
