Description
The Gold Line squat rack and power cage is a full three-dimensional frame for barbell work: height-adjustable bar supports, safety pins and hooks that hold the weight in place, and an integrated pull-up bar. It is the station on which a gym floor can safely offer heavy squats, presses and pulls to members training alone. Professional price: 2,450 EUR excluding VAT.
Why a floor needs a power cage
A power cage is the one piece of equipment that makes a free-weight area usable without permanent supervision. Adjustable safety pins catch a failed lift at a defined height, so a member can squat or bench close to their limit without a spotter. The same frame then covers shoulder press, shrugs, rack pulls and pull-ups, which is a broad exercise range for a single footprint.
- Height-adjustable barbell supports for users of any stature
- Safety pins and J-hooks retaining the bar at a set height
- Integrated pull-up bar above the frame
- Full cage geometry, giving complete containment of heavy loads
- Covers squats, bench press, shoulder press, shrugs, rack pulls and pull-ups
- Suitable for strength development, hypertrophy, conditioning and supervised rehabilitation
The Gold Line build
Gold Line is the plate-loaded and free-weight range built around three stated priorities: innovation, design and manufacturing quality, at a mid-market price point. Across the range the converging, independent plate-loaded training system lets each user individualise the exercise and train freely, with the movement controlled by the geometry of the machine rather than by the user. The result is a series with a consistent visual identity and long-term durability, which matters when a whole floor is specified from one range.
Choosing between cage formats
A full power cage gives complete protection and is the right answer wherever floor space allows: it contains heavy loads whatever happens during the lift, and it delivers the most benefit for strength training. A half rack saves space by omitting the rear uprights while keeping most of the same functions, and suits a floor where the barbell area has to share space with machines. A wall-mounted rack goes further still on space but requires a load-bearing wall.

Frequently asked questions
Power cage or half rack?
If the floor area allows it, choose the full cage: it contains the bar on all sides and gives the greatest margin of safety for unsupervised heavy lifting. A half rack is the compromise when the barbell zone has to fit into a corner or share space with selectorised machines.
Is a bench included?
No. The cage is quoted as a structure. Benches, barbells and plates are specified separately so they can be matched to the equipment already on your floor, and we can add them to the same quotation.
What flooring should be used underneath?
A rubber floor of at least 20 mm under the cage and the working area, increasing to 30 mm or more where bars may be dropped. This protects the slab, cuts impact noise and defines the working zone visually.
