Description
The Etenon R5203 Lateral Row is a professional plate-loaded back machine built around unilateral activation: each side of the back works independently, making it one of the most effective stations for correcting asymmetries and building genuinely balanced pulling strength.
Train each side of the back on its own terms
Most members have a dominant side – and bilateral machines let it do the extra work. On the R5203, a fixed stabilisation handle lets the user brace while rowing with one arm at a time, isolating the latissimus dorsi, rhomboids and trapezius of each side. The anti-slip foot platform and height-adjustable ergonomic seat keep the position solid at any load.

Etenon offers two lateral row stations: the R5201, a convergent bilateral row with a wraparound chest support, and this R5203, focused on strict unilateral work. Larger facilities install both; smaller floors choose according to their coaching philosophy.
