Description
The Etenon R5202 Low Row is a plate-loaded machine from the Etenon R5 line, built for deep, controlled horizontal pulling. With a padded chest support, a close grip and an anti-slip foot platform, it targets the latissimus dorsi and trapezius while removing the lower-back strain of free-weight rowing.
Heavy rowing, minus the lumbar risk
Bent-over barbell rows load the spine as much as the lats. The R5202’s chest pad stabilises the torso, so members can row hard and heavy without their lower back becoming the limiting factor – a decisive advantage for both hypertrophy training and coached beginners.
