Description
The Etenon R5201 Lateral Row is a plate-loaded back machine whose convergent movement arc works the lats, trapezius and rear deltoids in one natural pulling path. A wraparound chest support stabilises the torso completely, so every kilo loaded goes into the back – not into cheating momentum.
Convergent rowing with full torso support
As the handles travel, the convergent geometry draws the elbows on an arc that matches the natural line of scapular retraction. Combined with the enveloping backrest-style chest pad, the R5201 delivers a strict, deeply contracted row that members feel exactly where they should – and that coaches can teach in a single set.

Choose the R5201 when you want a bilateral, chest-supported row that any member can execute well from day one; choose the R5203 unilateral lateral row when symmetry work is the priority.
