The Etenon R5103 Incline Chest Press is a plate-loaded machine engineered around one goal: maximum activation of the clavicular head of the pectoralis major – the upper-chest region most members struggle to develop. Its optimised incline angle, monobloc Q235 steel chassis and unlimited plate-loaded progression make it a cornerstone station for hypertrophy-focused floors.
Purpose-built for the upper chest
The upper chest is notoriously hard to target: too steep an angle shifts work to the shoulders, too shallow and the mid-chest takes over. The R5103’s optimised inclination sits in the productive window, while the height-adjustable seat aligns every user’s shoulder axis with the press arc. An on-frame pictogram guides self-directed members through correct use.
