The Etenon R5107 Unilateral Convergent Multipower Press is the most versatile machine in the R5 plate-loaded line: a total upper-body pressing station with 9 handle anchor heights and 3 resistance-band hooks per side, supporting bilateral and unilateral work across chest, shoulders, back and arms.
One footprint, a full menu of pressing angles
Where a conventional press covers one movement, the R5107 covers a training programme. Handles anchor at any of nine heights, so the same station delivers low-to-high presses, horizontal presses and high-to-low patterns. The unilateral convergent arms reproduce natural movement trajectories, ideal for building strength, correcting imbalances and improving coordination.
