Description
The Fitness Tech F20 multipower combines a guided Smith bar, two 100 kg selectorised stacks and a 2:1 pulley system in a 410 kg frame. Total selectorised load is 200 kg, the pulleys are rated to 200 kg and the pull-up bar to 350 kg. Professional price: 2,403.85 EUR excluding VAT.
Three training stations on one footprint
The F20 covers most of a full-body strength session without the floor area of three separate machines. The guided bar handles squat, bench press, split squat and shoulder press. The high pulley covers lat pulldown and triceps work, the low pulley covers seated row, curls and cable work for the trunk. Because the bar runs in fixed vertical tracks with 19 lock positions, a user can bail out of a heavy squat or press without a spotter, which is the practical reason this format is chosen for sites that are not permanently staffed.
The 2:1 ratio halves the load felt at the handle relative to the stack, so 100 kg of plates delivers a smooth 50 kg at the grip with a longer cable travel. It gives finer increments than a 1:1 stack for isolation work.

Where the F20 fits
Coaching studios, hotel and residential gyms, corporate fitness rooms and small club floors: sites that need broad exercise coverage from one purchase and cannot give three machines their own footprint. For a high-traffic open-access strength area, the heavier F28 Pro or F40 frames are the better specification.
The F20 accepts the F-series accessories – jammer arms, leg press and front seat for the high pulley – which clamp on without modifying the frame, so the machine can be extended after installation rather than replaced. See the full professional Smith machine range for the other frame sizes.
Frequently asked questions
Can the F20 be used without a spotter?
Yes. The 19 lock positions along the guide rails let a user rack the bar at any point in the movement, including part-way through a failed repetition. That is the main reason guided-bar machines are specified for rooms without permanent supervision.
What accessories can be added later?
Jammer arms, a leg press attachment and a front seat for the high pulley. All are F-series parts fitted with quick fixings and need no drilling or structural change to the frame.
How much space should be allowed around the machine?
Plan clear circulation on both sides for plate loading and on the pulley side for cable travel, plus room to lie down on a bench under the bar. We produce a scaled layout with the quotation once we have your room dimensions.
Light In Fitness supplies strength equipment to gyms, hotels, sports clubs and public facilities across Europe. Send your room dimensions and we will return a quotation excluding VAT together with a layout study.
