A full strength platform under 3.7 m2

The point of the F12 is floor area. At 177 x 207 cm it occupies less than 3.7 m2 and still covers squat, bench and shoulder press on the guided bar, pull-ups on the multi-grip bar, and cable work at any height through the adjustable dual pulley. In a coaching studio, a hotel gym or a corporate room, that usually replaces three separate machines that would not have fitted in the first place.

The 2:1 resistance ratio halves the load felt at the handle relative to the stack and lengthens cable travel, which gives finer increments for isolation and rehabilitation work than a 1:1 system.

Site preparation

At 330 kg before plates, the F12 concentrates significant mass on a small footprint. Confirm the floor build-up before ordering, particularly for upper-floor rooms and for premises where the machine sits on rubber tiles rather than directly on a slab. The machine has no electrical requirement, so preparation is limited to a level floor and enough clear circulation for plate loading on both sides.
