The Fitness Tech F28 Pro puts a guided smith bar, a high pulley, a low pulley and a pec deck on one 520 kg frame. It carries 200 kg of selectorised weight in two independent 100 kg stacks with a 2:1 ratio, and it accepts a bolt-on leg press and jammer arms from the same F series. Four stations, one floor footprint
The value of a multistation is measured in square metres saved. The F28 Pro covers every major muscle group on a single footprint, which is what makes it work in hotel gyms, residential fitness rooms, corporate facilities and physical preparation rooms where a full free-weight floor is not available.

Expandable with the F series
Two quick-fit modules extend the station: the leg press (FT-28352) and the jammer arms (FT-28369). Both bolt directly to the existing frame, so the base unit can be specified now and completed later as the facility grows, without replacing the structure or re-planning the floor.
Structure and load
The 520 kg structural weight is what allows heavy loading and continuous use without anchoring the unit to the wall. The 2:1 pulley ratio gives a controlled, smooth movement across the range and keeps the stack travel short. Maximum load at the pulleys is 200 kg, and the olympic bar itself is rated to approximately 270 kg.

Which exercises are covered without any accessory?
Squat and bench press on the guided bar, vertical and horizontal pulling on the pulleys, flyes on the pec deck, biceps curls and triceps extensions on the cable, and pull-ups on the integrated bar. That is a complete full-body programme from the base unit alone.
How many people can train at once?
Two, in practice. The two independent stacks let one user work on the guided bar while another uses a pulley station, provided the floor is organised so the two working areas do not overlap.
What clearance is needed around the unit?
Allow enough room to load and unload the olympic bar on both sides and to complete a full pulley travel at the front. Because the frame weighs 520 kg, verify the slab capacity before installing on an upper floor.
