One machine, two loading modes

Most pulldowns force a bilateral movement. The LS-511 lets a user drive both arms simultaneously or isolate a single limb, which is the difference between a general training station and a station a physiotherapist or strength coach can actually prescribe from. Unilateral work exposes side-to-side differences and allows a rehabilitating limb to be loaded independently of the healthy one.

Rehabilitation and clinical settings

A rehabilitation gym has a different requirement from a commercial club: the loads are smaller, the increments matter more, and the ability to work one limb at a time is not optional. Plate loading gives 1.25 kg increments where a selectorised stack gives 5 kg steps, and the independent arms allow a protocol to be written per side. Are dimensions available before ordering?

Yes. We issue the Lexco manufacturer data sheet with the quotation, including footprint, height and weight, so the machine can be placed on a layout drawing before the order is confirmed.

Are plates supplied?

No. Plates are quoted separately so the set can be sized to the population using the machine. A clinical installation typically needs a wider range of small plates than a commercial gym.

What is the difference against a selectorised pulldown?

Attachments and grip options

A pulldown station is only as versatile as the handles available to it. A wide bar, a close-grip triangle and a neutral-grip handle between them cover most of the useful variation, and each changes which part of the back takes the load. In a rehabilitation setting a single-hand stirrup handle is usually added, because unilateral work is the point of the machine. Attachments are quoted with the station so they arrive together; ordering them afterwards is the most common reason a new machine sits underused for its first month.
