Description
The Bodytone Solid Grow SG60 is a half cage combined with a guided Smith bar, giving free and guided training on a single compact frame. The squat cage side takes free barbell work such as squats and pulls, while the vertical rails carry a guided bar for bench press and guided squats. That hybrid layout is what makes the station attractive where floor area is the binding constraint: one structure covers most of the barbell exercise catalogue without needing a separate rack and bench press.
The SG60 belongs to the Solid Grow line, Bodytone’s entry to mid range series aimed at small gyms, independent coaches and premium home gyms. Loading is by 50 mm Olympic discs, which are not supplied; a 50 kg disc kit per machine is the usual accompanying order.

Who the SG60 is for
The station suits small and medium gyms that need one versatile strength post occupying little space, independent coaches running one to one or small group sessions, and premium home gyms wanting a complete compound station rather than a collection of separate pieces. In a small club the practical benefit is scheduling: a single member can move through a full lower and upper body barbell session at one station, which keeps the floor flowing when there is no room for a dedicated rack, bench and Smith machine side by side.
Plan the installation with clear space at the front for loading and unloading and enough side clearance to slide a bench in and out. Rubber flooring under the cage is strongly recommended, both to protect the slab when discs are set down and to reduce noise transmission, which matters more in a small room or a converted space than on a large gym floor.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the recommended load 77 kg?
That is the figure published for this reference in the Solid Grow range, which is positioned for entry to mid range use rather than for heavy competition loading. If your members train above that level, the Solid Rock or SRX plate loaded ranges are the appropriate specification, and we can quote them alongside.
Are discs and a bar included?
No. Discs in 50 mm Olympic format are quoted separately, and a 50 kg kit per machine is the recommended starting point. Benches and accessories can be added to the same quotation.
What are the delivery terms?
Shipping is 5 to 10 working days from stock to France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, with export costed per project. Quotations are issued within 24 working hours and warranty runs 2 to 5 years depending on the range.
