The commercial argument for this rig is what arrives in the crate. A standard cage is delivered as a structure, and J-cups, safety arms and storage are then bought separately, which typically adds 15 to 30 per cent to the real budget. Length is 483 cm and height 243 cm, so the ceiling requirement is the rig height plus the clearance a standing pull-up needs, which is what to check before ordering rather than the rig height alone.

Weight is 385 kg distributed across the base plates, so the rig is stable freestanding for most programming. Anchoring into the slab remains the right choice where you are loading heavily or running ballistic movements. Underneath, rubber gym flooring tiles or a lifting platform take the bar drops that will otherwise mark a concrete floor within a season.

Storage is integrated rather than added: eight chromed pegs and three shelves keep kettlebells, dumbbells and bumper plates off the floor and inside the rig footprint, which is the difference between a clean training zone and equipment scattered around it.
