Description
The Ziva XP2 Floor Mounted rack is the only hybrid rig in our catalogue that physically separates strength and functional training: three dedicated squat bays with J-cups and safety arms as standard, plus two functional racks for pull-ups, rings and suspension work — all on one 7.5 m structure. While one group squats heavy in the bays, another trains conditioning on the racks: two classes, one footprint.
Configuration: 3 squat bays + 2 functional racks
- 3 squat bays — dedicated strength stations for squat, bench press, overhead press and deadlift, with 6 J-cups and safety arms included as standard
- 2 functional racks — pull-ups, muscle-ups, TRX, rings and ropes, with integrated punch bag suspension points
- Floor-mounted layout over 7.5 m, with 7 to 9 athletes training simultaneously across different exercises
Ziva commercial-grade construction
The frame uses 3 mm steel tubes cut by laser — not bent or rolled — for millimetre-accurate assemblies and clean commercial welds. Thick steel plates form the shelves and supports, engineered for heavy daily squat loads, and the black powder-coat finish resists scratches, sweat and bar knocks. Unlike most rigs, the J-cups and safety arms are not optional extras: they ship with the structure, so heavy squatting without a spotter is possible from day one.

Frequently asked questions
Why not buy a rig plus separate squat racks?
A CrossFit rig plus three individual squat racks costs more, occupies more floor and splits your gym into disconnected zones. The XP2 integrates everything into 7.5 linear metres: one structure, one anchoring, one footprint.
Are the safety arms height-adjustable?
Yes. J-cups and safety arms reposition along the drilled uprights, so each athlete sets rack and safety heights to their build — standard on Ziva commercial equipment.
Which flooring do the squat bays need?
Reinforced rubber tiles of 30 to 40 mm under the three bays for dropped bars, and 20 to 30 mm under the functional zones; total surface is roughly 25 to 30 m², and we quote rack and flooring together on request.
