Description
The ZIVA XP floor mounted rig is 8.2 metres long and combines three functional racks with two squat stands, giving five simultaneous training stations. Four J-Cups and adjustable safety arms are included, so heavy strength work can be performed without a spotter. The price is 13,500 EUR excluding VAT.
This is a free weight zone solution rather than a CrossFit rig. Three racks cover bench press, guided squat and pulling exercises while the two dedicated squat stands take the heaviest work, and the five positions in parallel are what determine the throughput of a busy strength area at peak hours.
Steel sections are 100 x 100 x 3 mm with certified welds and a matt black high resistance epoxy finish, the same build as the structures ZIVA supplies to Iberian olympic preparation halls.

Floor mounting and zone layout
This rig is designed to be fixed to the floor, which is not optional for a structure carrying five loaded stations. The slab has to accept anchor bolts and be sound across the full 8.2 metre run, so check thickness and any expansion joints before the layout is set. A joint running under the rig line is a common and avoidable problem.
Allow working space in front of each station for the lifter plus a loaded bar, and behind the squat stands for the walk out. Lifting platforms or heavy rubber gym flooring tiles belong under every position where a loaded bar can be dropped; a bare slab will spall within a season under olympic plates.
The UHMW-PE lining on the J-Cups is worth noting for a club buying premium barbells: it prevents the knurling and finish being scored every time a bar is racked, which is where expensive bars are usually damaged. Safety arms adjust by hand in seconds, which matters when five users of different heights rotate through the zone.
Frequently asked questions
How many people can train at once?
Five, across three functional racks and two squat stands. That parallel capacity is the reason this configuration is chosen for busy free weight areas.
Does it have to be anchored?
Yes. It is a floor mounted rig and anchoring is part of the installation, which we quote with the equipment for sites anywhere in France.
Are J-Cups and safety arms really included?
Four J-Cups with UHMW-PE lining and adjustable safety arms are supplied with the rig, so the zone is usable on delivery without a separate accessory order.
