The M series runs M13 at 3,250 EUR for 5 to 8 athletes at launch, M14 at 4,650 EUR for 8 to 10, M15 at 6,550 EUR for 10 to 14, and M16 at 8,450 EUR for 14 to 18. Upgrading from M13 through to M16 costs 3,250 plus 1,400 plus 1,900 plus 1,900, which totals exactly 8,450 EUR. There is no penalty for growing in stages.
