Description
The ZIVA XP 14 foot Freestanding Space Saver rack is a full height power rack that needs no fixing to the wall or the floor. It rests on a widened, weighted base, which makes it the answer for premises where drilling is not an option: leased commercial units, shared spaces and rooms with a protected or finished floor.
At 14 feet, roughly 4.27 m, the pull up bar sits high enough for tall users to hang and perform kipping work without shortening the movement, and the frame accepts conventional pull up bars, rings and suspension straps. Adjustable J-cups, a high pull up bar, anchor points for suspension trainers and cable fixing points mean one structure covers squats, bench press, pull ups and rows, which is around 90 percent of strength and functional exercises.
Construction is ZIVA professional standard: square steel profiles of at least 70 x 70 x 3 mm, high resistance epoxy paint and UHMW-PE J-cups that do not scratch the bar knurling. Maximum squat load is 250 kg. Warranty is 24 months on parts with 10 years on the frame, and the rack complies with EN ISO 20957.

Why a freestanding rack changes a fit out
The constraint that drives this purchase is rarely training related. A leased unit often prohibits fixings into the slab or the structure, a shared hall cannot accept permanent equipment, and a room with a resin or sprung floor should not be drilled. A freestanding rack removes the whole question: it is installed without works and removed without damage, which also means it moves with the business at the end of a lease.
Practical points for installation. The widened base takes more floor area than an anchored rack, so check the plan dimensions rather than assuming a bolted rack footprint. Rubber gym flooring tiles are recommended underneath, both to protect the floor and to seat the base. Installation is quoted separately and available throughout France, with delivery also covering Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg and export quoted per project.
Frequently asked questions
Is a freestanding rack as stable as an anchored one?
The widened weighted base is designed to give reliable stability for Olympic strength exercises up to the stated 250 kg squat load without any permanent fixing.
What is included with the rack?
Adjustable J-cups and the pull up bar are included, together with suspension strap anchors and cable fixing points.
Can it be moved later?
Yes. That is the main reason it is specified. It installs without works and can be relocated without damaging the premises.
