Description
The ZIVA XP24 is a professional CrossFit power rack built from high resistance square steel section with a matt black epoxy finish. It combines a squat rack, a 28 mm pull-up bar, ring anchorages and adjustable J-cups in one frame, and is rated for a maximum squat load of 300 kg. Pricing is issued on quotation, returned within 24 hours.
ZIVA is a Spanish manufacturer supplying affiliated CrossFit boxes, five star fitness clubs and sports performance centres across Europe, and the XP24 is its reference rack for that market. Welds are MIG and tested, and the section is dimensioned for Olympic loads and for the ballistic movements that break lighter racks: kettlebell work, dynamic drops and bar returns.
In a functional training zone the practical argument is coverage. A single XP24 handles squats, pull-ups, bench press and ring work, which is most of what a box programmes, so one footprint replaces three separate stations.

Ceiling height, anchoring and fit out
The dimension that stops most installations is headroom. The XP24 requires a minimum free ceiling height of 290 to 300 cm for standing pull-ups, and that measurement has to be taken to the lowest obstruction in the bay, not to the structural slab. Confirm exact dimensions with our team before ordering if your ceiling is close to that figure.
Floor anchoring is possible and recommended once you are loading above 150 kg or programming dynamic movements: chemical anchors into a sound concrete slab. Below that threshold the rack can stand free. Our technicians carry out anchoring on quotation, and installation is generally in the range of 600 to 1,000 EUR excluding VAT depending on configuration.
Around the rack, plan a lifting platform or rubber gym flooring tiles able to absorb bar drops, plus clear space behind the uprights for bar returns. Ring anchorages, dip bars, pull-up cables, lifting platforms and a high pulley are all available to extend the station, quoted with the rack so the zone is specified once.
Frequently asked questions
Is the XP24 suitable for an affiliated CrossFit box?
Yes. It is dimensioned for the loads and ballistic movements specific to CrossFit and is in service in several affiliated French and Iberian boxes.
Does the rack have to be bolted down?
Anchoring with chemical anchors is strongly recommended for intensive use and for loads above 150 kg. For lighter use the freestanding configuration is sufficient.
Is professional financing available?
Leasing and hire purchase are available. A personalised quotation is issued on request, along with a free 3D layout plan for the zone.
