Description
The Bodytone FBC15 is a commercial power tower measuring 131 x 76 x 231 cm and weighing 95 kg, combining a pull up bar, a dip station and a vertical knee raise station on one frame. It is the station that makes body weight training possible in a gym that has no rig: pull ups, chin ups, dips, knee and leg raises, and, with a band anchored to the frame, assisted progressions for members who cannot yet complete a repetition unaided.

Three stations, one square metre
The FBC15 occupies almost exactly one square metre of floor, which is less than a single selectorised machine and covers three movement patterns. Vertical pulling on the bar builds the lats and the mid back; the parallel dip handles load the chest, front shoulder and triceps; the padded back rest and forearm supports convert the same frame into a captain chair for knee and leg raises. Nothing needs to be adjusted between them, so the station suits circuit formats and personal training sessions where transitions have to be fast.
- Pull up bar with multiple hand positions
- Parallel dip handles for chest and triceps
- Padded vertical knee raise station with back and forearm supports
- 95 kg free standing frame, no anchoring required
- 1 m2 footprint, 231 cm overall height
Ceiling height, siting and safety
At 231 cm the bar sits high enough for taller members to hang fully, so check the clear ceiling: 260 cm is a workable minimum and 280 cm is comfortable, particularly if members will perform kipping repetitions. Keep at least 80 cm of clearance behind the frame for leg swing on knee raises and a metre in front for entry and exit.
The 95 kg frame is self supporting, but a body weight station receives dynamic load rather than static load, so place it on a level floor over rubber tiles and check the base contact periodically. Handle grips, pad fixings and the frame bolts are the items to include in the routine safety walk; grips wear faster here than on any selectorised machine because they take the whole body weight of every user.
Frequently asked questions
Does the FBC15 need to be bolted down?
No. It is designed as a free standing unit and its 95 kg mass and wide base keep it stable in normal use. Anchoring is occasionally added in unsupervised facilities as a precaution.
Can beginners use it?
Yes, with progressions. A resistance band looped over the bar gives assisted pull ups, dips can be regressed by keeping the feet in contact with the floor, and the knee raise station is accessible to almost everyone. That progression path is why a power tower earns its place in a general fitness room.
Is it a home or a commercial product?
The FBC15 is built to commercial specification at 95 kg on a steel frame and is supplied to gyms, hotels, corporate rooms and clubs. It is not a folding domestic tower.
