Description
The TRAINER Pec Fly is a post-mounted outdoor upper-body station measuring 733 x 1049 x 1920 mm. The apparatus weighs 47 kg and the mounting post a further 50 kg. Upper body work on a public trail
The pec fly movement closes the arms in front of the chest against body weight resistance. It develops the shoulder girdle and the chest, and activates the musculature of the upper back through the return phase. Difficulty is rated moderate, which places it above the entry-level stations on a fitness trail and makes it a useful progression point for regular users.

The post-mounted format
Mounting the apparatus on a dedicated post rather than a full frame keeps the visual footprint small and the foundation compact, which is what makes it work on narrow trail corridors and in landscaped parks where a large frame would dominate. The post accounts for 50 kg of the total installed weight and is set in a concrete foundation.
Corrosion protection, standards and site planning
The steel is shot blasted, galvanised and then coated twice in polyester paint, the treatment specified for permanently installed outdoor equipment. The frame is galvanised steel, not stainless. Certification is to EN 16630:2015-06, the European standard for free-access outdoor fitness equipment, verified by TUV Rheinland. The required safety zone is 4009 x 3850 mm, roughly 15.4 square metres.

Is the mounting post included in the price?
Yes. The reference covers the apparatus and its post, which is why the installed weight is 97 kg rather than the 47 kg of the apparatus alone. The concrete foundation is part of the groundworks and is quoted with the installation.
How much clear ground is needed?
The safety zone of 4009 x 3850 mm, approximately 15.4 square metres, must be free of paths, kerbs, benches, trees and other equipment. The apparatus footprint itself is much smaller and is not the limiting figure.
Can it be combined with other stations?
