Description
The TRAINER pedal trainer is a twin-pedal outdoor module offering gentle, seated cardio work for public fitness areas. Rated easy, certified to EN 16630:2015-06 and tested by TUV Rheinland, it is one of the most inclusive stations in the TRAINER OutdoorStart range.
Training function and muscles worked
The seated pedalling motion strengthens the leg muscles while deliberately sparing the knee joints, and steadily raises cardio-respiratory capacity. There is no technique to learn and no impact, which makes the station usable by practically anyone taller than 140 cm and up to 150 kg.
