Description
The Lexco LPS-115 is a selectorised leg extension designed for commercial floors where the same machine has to serve rehabilitation clients and strength athletes. The detail that makes that possible is the zero point block on the training unit, which allows very low intensity work at the start of the range instead of forcing the user to begin at the first stack plate.
Setup is done with push buttons rather than pins. The pivot adjusts through 9 positions and the ankle fixer through 11, with the ankle position itself adjustable, so the axis of rotation of the machine can be aligned with the knee joint of users of very different leg lengths. Aligning that axis is the difference between a leg extension that isolates the quadriceps and one that loads the knee unevenly.
Comfort and support are handled by a gas spring damper, a rack type backrest adjustment with 11 positions for lumbar support, and an ergonomic seat in urethane memory foam. The machine measures 1110 x 1390 x 1368 mm, weighs 258 kg including a 100 kg weight stack, and carries ABS covers on both side shrouds.

Specifying a leg extension for professional use
Leg extensions are used far beyond bodybuilding. Physiotherapy practices, sports medicine clinics and club gyms use them for controlled quadriceps loading after knee surgery, which is exactly why the low intensity start point and the fine ankle adjustment matter more than the top end of the stack.
On the floor, the machine occupies a modest footprint at 1110 x 1390 mm and is normally paired with a seated leg curl so that quadriceps and hamstring work sit next to each other. Rubber gym flooring tiles are recommended under the frame, and on suspended floors the 258 kg machine weight should be checked against the point loading. Dispatch from stock is 5 to 10 working days, with delivery to France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg and export quoted per project.
