Description
The Lexco LPS-114 is an assisted pull up and dip station of 1565 x 1414 x 2460 mm and 330 kg, with a 75 kg counterweight block. The assistance footrest allows the exercise to be performed with the knees straight, a position that keeps the trunk aligned and targets the intended muscles more precisely than a kneeling pad.
The dip handles adjust in width to suit the shoulders of the user, and the pull up bar offers several hand positions, so a single station covers wide, narrow and neutral grip work. That range is what makes an assisted station usable by an entire membership rather than by the strongest quarter of it.
The seat is urethane memory foam and the weight block is enclosed by a double sided ABS cover. The frame is 2460 mm high, so ceiling clearance is the first constraint to check, ahead of floor area.

Ceiling height, floor loading and placement
At 2460 mm the station is among the tallest items on a strength floor. Measure to the lowest point of the ceiling in the intended position, including ducts, sprinkler heads and lighting, and add clearance for the user reaching above the bar.
The 330 kg mass is the second constraint. On a ground slab it is a non issue; on an upper floor or a timber structure it needs verification, and the load path from the delivery door must accommodate the assembled frame or an assembly on site.
Maintenance on an assisted station concentrates on the cable, the pulleys and the platform mechanism, all of which are in constant movement. Include them in the periodic checks of the floor, and keep the area under the frame clear so that the counterweight travel is never obstructed. Our technical team quotes maintenance contracts covering the Lexco ranges alongside the equipment itself.
Frequently asked questions
Why use the footrest rather than a knee pad?
With the footrest the user works with straight knees and an aligned trunk, which keeps the effort on the target muscles instead of on trunk stabilisation.
Can the grip width be varied?
Yes. The dip handles adjust in width and the pull up bar provides several hand positions on the same frame.
What assistance load is available?
Up to 75 kg of counterweight, reduced progressively as the member gains strength.
