Description
The Forza FB57 is the hip adduction machine of the Bodytone Forza range, training the inner thigh on a 122 by 158 cm footprint with a 93 kg stack. Adduction loads the adductor group, the muscles that close the legs and that quietly govern pelvic control in running, changing direction and single leg stance. It is the counterpart of the abduction machine and, in terms of injury prevention, the more frequently neglected of the two.
Construction is the Forza standard. The weight stack column uses carbon steel tube of 110 by 50 mm and the working section 100 by 50 mm, both 2.5 mm thick, entirely welded by robotic process. Machine weight is 95 kg before the plates. Plate guide rods are stainless steel with a double hard chrome treatment, the pulleys are nylon with a V groove and internal bearings for quiet running, and the 5 mm PVC sheathed steel cables carry a breaking load of 1,000 kg.
The stack provides 93 kg in 7 kg plates, with rubber bumpers on anti-shock bases and PVC pads between the plates so the stack lands quietly at the end of each repetition. Selection is magnetic and colour coded by intensity level. Ultra quiet ball bearings keep travel smooth through long sets.

Specifying the adduction station
Adductor strains are among the most common injuries in field and court sports, and the adduction machine is the simplest way a facility can address them. That makes it relevant well beyond the general fitness membership: sports clubs, academies and physiotherapy practices all specify it, usually alongside the abduction machine so the hip is trained in both directions. Position the two together and allow clear space on both sides of the seat, since the pads travel through a wide arc and the 122 cm width already reflects that. Entry and exit are easier when the machine is not backed into a corner. If you are equipping a complete lower body zone rather than adding one unit, we will draw the sequence and circulation from your floor plan at no cost.
Frequently asked questions
Which movement does this model perform?
Hip adduction, closing the legs against the pads to load the inner thigh. The manufacturer designation combines the outer and adductor labels, so we confirm the exact configuration with you before the order is placed.
Should the adduction and abduction machines be bought together?
It is the usual specification, because training the hip in only one direction produces the imbalance the exercises are meant to correct. The two machines are designed as a pair and are normally installed side by side.
What are the delivery terms?
