The vertical guide system assists the classic compound lifts across the entire body: squats for glutes and quadriceps, flat and incline presses (with a bench) for the pectorals, military presses for the deltoids, rows and shrugs for the back and trapezius, calf raises, and curls for the arms. The counterweighted 38 mm bar keeps the starting resistance manageable for beginners, while the 200 kg ceiling serves the strongest lifters in the club.
