Bodytone EB03 Multiposition Bench

The Bodytone EB03 is the adjustable bench that follows members through the whole upper-body session: ten backrest positions, three seat positions, one frame. From flat pressing to steep incline work and abdominal exercises, with dumbbells or without, it is the piece a dumbbell zone cannot function without — and this one is specified for commercial punishment.

The backrest ladder spans decline, flat and eight incline settings, while the three-position seat keeps users from sliding at steep angles. That range converts one bench into the whole pressing spectrum: flat and incline dumbbell presses, shoulder presses, supported rows and abdominal work. Stabiliser feet keep it planted under heavy unilateral loading; built-in handles and wheels mean staff reposition it in seconds.

How many adjustable benches does a dumbbell zone need?

n

A working rule is one bench per two metres of dumbbell rack; busy clubs run more. We size the zone with you during the project study.

Does the pad stay firm over time?

n

The special high-density foam is selected specifically not to deform — pad collapse is the usual end-of-life failure in cheaper benches, and the EB03 is engineered against it.
