The decline angle, and why it earns its space

Pressing on a decline shifts emphasis to the lower portion of the pectorals and typically lets users handle their heaviest pressing loads. Technique matters: lie back with the spine set and slightly arched, feet firmly anchored, hands spaced just beyond shoulder width, lower the bar to the chest with the ribcage proud, and drive back up. The EB06’s multi-position design keeps all of it safe and repeatable — then converts for seated shoulder pressing or leg developer work between chest sessions.
