Description
In brief — Bodytone EB07 Olympic Incline Bench Press: dimensions 189 × 175 × 144 cm, weight 72 kg, material steel, brand Bodytone, distributed by Light In Fitness, price on quotation.
The Bodytone EB07 is the dedicated Olympic incline station of the Bodytone bench line — the bench members head to when the upper chest is the target. Incline barbell pressing loads the clavicular fibres of the pectorals along with the shoulders and triceps, and a purpose-built commercial incline bench makes it safe to do heavily, set after set.
Built around correct incline pressing
Bodytone’s recommended execution is built into the geometry: lie back with feet flat on the floor, bench angle between 15° and 40°, grip just wider than the shoulders — ideally with a hand-off from a partner — touch the bar to the upper chest and press along the same path. The frame places the bar catchers where a lifter actually wants them at those angles, and the whole station is engineered for intensive daily traffic.
- Olympic incline press station for complete upper-body barbell training.
- Working angles in the effective 15–40° incline window.
- Leather-look upholstery over sweat-resistant high-density foam.
- Extremely solid, durable construction for commercial use.
- Designed through biomechanical and ergonomic studies with professional athletes and technicians.

Frequently asked questions
Why 15–40 degrees?
Below 15° the stimulus approaches a flat press; above 40° the front delts progressively take over. The window between is where the upper pectorals do the most work — the EB07 keeps users in it.
Machine incline press or barbell incline bench?
Different tools: the barbell version trains stabilisation and suits strength-focused members; guided machines suit unsupervised volume work. Large floors run both.
What completes the pressing corner?
The EB08 flat Olympic bench and the EB06 decline — all three share the same construction standard.
