The TRAINER vertical massager brings recovery to the outdoor gym: its vertical massage rollers work along the spine to relax tense back muscles and improve the overall muscular condition of the back. A compact OutdoorFit unit, it mounts on a pylon or load-bearing wall, sold separately.

Function and benefits

Standing at the unit, the user moves against the rollers so they travel vertically along the back. The action releases tension in the dorsal muscles, promotes circulation and offers a recovery station between strength and cardio stations on a fitness trail. Rated at a moderate difficulty level, it requires no sporting background, which makes it one of the most inclusive units on a wellness-oriented circuit for seniors and occasional exercisers.

Compact pylon-mounted design

Like every OutdoorFit module, the massager is manufactured separately from its support: it fixes onto a TRAINER pylon shared with other modules, or onto an existing load-bearing wall. The listed price does not include the support pylon or post, which is required for installation and quoted separately with your project.
